Leaping lizards! errr, kittenz!!
A momentary pause.
She loves to play hockey. As you know, kittenz are naturally good at hockey.Last night Maddie learned to fetch. Or more accurately, just spontaneously did it when I called her. I said, "C'mere Maddie!" and she picked up her crumpled piece of paper she was batting about, trotted over and dropped it on my knee.
What a smart girl.
Hooray!
ReplyDeleteMiss Karmina will sometimes "fetch" when she's in the mood. BTW, she looks a *lot* like Miss Maddie in the the face, but she has a pink nosey and is short-haired.
ReplyDeleteMy Max still fetches at 4 years old. And Sadie used to do it until late middle age, too. All my boy cats, not so much. I wonder why that is?
ReplyDelete(Max is a girl, in case I wasn't clear.)
So many talents in such a little kitten!

ReplyDeleteI told ya so …
ReplyDelete"Wow, three months old! That's the beginning of rational thought for Maddie."
Maddie is learning to practise The Power of the Paw, as in "I am putty in her paws."
It's a wonder that cats haven't taken over the world.
Maybe they have yet to develope a social conscience.

ReplyDeleteI dunno. Zachary used to fetch, but Maxx did not, probably because he was adverse to doing just about anything with his sore mouf.
Barry reports that Hidey fetches.
What a smart little girl! A credit to her gender whether kitten or girl.
