My little brother Silkey does not drink. He is a sometimes goofy kid, and rather irresponsible. (I have to do all the work around here, like making sure our kittenslave knows when DinnerTime approaches.)
But he has never been drunk. High on catnip, yes. But who could resist freshly grown 'nip?
