Not to worry, Plum P, Maine Coon kittehs have lightening fast reflexes, but hummingbirdies are even faster. They can fly at 25 to 30 mph! Pugnacious little buggers, too. I get dive-bombed regularly out on the porch.
I have four hummers, two Gila peckers, a Gilded Flicker and a raft of finches fighting over my two feeders. Always fascinating to see who's doing what!

ReplyDeleteOnly a month or so more until teh hummingbirdies migrate south for the winter. Sure seeing a bunch of 'em this year.
