You can now add the United States of America to the list of countries that practices torture.

    I keep a mental image of that very same thing, and him doing the Warner Bros. "Robin Duck" bit of "trippit trippit TRIPPIT TRIPPIT TRIPPITTRIPPITTRIPPITTRIPPIT" all the way down the stairs.
