A little blurry, but you can see what they spend a lot of their time doing.
Maddie has perfected the, "don't leave me I'm so sad" look.
And she's taught Ripley her technique.
Ripley went to the vet this afternoon and got her staples out. Woo hoo!!

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!
That be a couple of guilt-trippin' kiddies.
And you manage to leave the apt every morning?
You is a very strong-willed centaur, you is....
flory
This was at lunch today when I went home to run Ripley to the vet.
And yes, it is difficult to leave.
Maddie has taught Ripley well - she even threw in a head tilt to really mess with you.
"The Little Match Girl" (HC Anderson) comes to mind - the most heartwrenching faces ever.....
Yes, they are so abused and put upon and unloved.
Good grief.
I'm going to have to take away their copy of Shrek.
There are a lot of little white feet in the Centaur household.
These pix do show the relative sizes of these balls of Plush. Maddie looks as if she's grown so much, we'd have to say she is muscles and plush.
Ms. Ripley is a natural actress; poor, pitiable lonesome kitten!
Left alone with her own teddy bear, multi-colored peeps, mousies and feather monsters. Also food, water and her very own big sister / wrastling partner.
We should all be so lucky.
And look at Ripley's sweet little pink-padded paw lifted so beseechingly...LOL!
Ripley is really a piece of work!
Ripley is really a piece of work!
I'll say. She's a little stinker.
Ohhhhh... /heart melts.
Four legs must leave, little kittens, to pay for your pounds of kibble and toys.
But what little fuzzy faces!
They're so silly. That's why I adopted Ripley, so that Maddie wouldn't be lonely.
It's nice to be loved though.
