Maxxine!!



It's official! Her name is Maxxine and she already answers to it.

Lion kitty Maxx would be so pleased.

It's because Maxxine already knew that would be her name - it was just a matter of folks guessing it correctly. :)
My goobers will typically respond when I call their name(s). However, usually the opposite cat responds first, because they think the one that was called is either getting a treat (and they want in) or in trouble (and they want to gloat). :)

Maxxine and I played and played yesterday when I got home, so I didn't get on the internets at all. She slept through the night behind the couch, bless her heart, which allowed Miss Karmina and I to have some quality sleeping time together. We all feel much better today. She was so bright and happy when I called her name this morning! I'd forgotten what how much fun kittens were...
