I've been exceedingly cranky the past 2 days, probably because of the flu, so I went hunting for some beautiful photos.
Found these two shots of Moosehead Lake in Maine, photographed by Associated Press photographer Robert Bukaty. Lovely.

The bottom photo is so beautiful it takes my breath away!
Unfortunately, my very short visit to Moosehead Lake as a child was on a dark gray day with chilly winds.
Glad to see it in color. Lovely.
I've never been to Maine. It looks lovely.
those make me wanna jump in the car for a cross-country roadtrip.
Just returned from a week on the lake, and it is just as beautiful as these photos. Of course, I'm biased since I grew up there, but still I can't imagine a better place.
