This is Maxx's good buddy Arthur. Maxx is prone to bending space-time to dash off to visit Arthur in the desert, where they often get into trouble by stealing the keys to GWPDA's jeep and running off on madcap adventures together. (Said adventures generally involve high speed driving, margaritas and chicken fajitas.)

Unless she's on vacation, adventures in the jeep also generally involve watertiger. Did Maxx leave that little detail out?
