Ripley Sweetfoots,
Can Silver an ME come vote with U in Texas? I could wear my cowboy hat to convince all that I'm a real Texas Kitteh.

And then U and I could spend some heavenly time purring together! (That's what the kids are calling it these days. Kitteh kids, I mean.)

I have so missed washing ur shell pink ears, and ur toesies, and ALL of U , Adorable One!

Silkey, voting rights kitteh

Massachusetts not has early voting, but I will be No. 1 in line at my polling place on November 4. Mr. Quimby will be
No. 2. (He tries harder.)

I think everyone should just plan on taking the day off on the 4th.

Every polling place in the country is going to be a mad house.

I have requested the 4th off, even though I am in Texas and could early vote I always, always, always take my kids with me to the polls on election day. Next presidential election my oldest will be 19 and is looking forward to voting.

I'm taking November 5 off, so I can celebrate the Obama victory and check certain blogs all day and see what happened in congressional races. My boss, who loves Obama, thought it was a great idea.

I'm voting this coming Caturday.

I'd also like to vote again on the 4th, like a proper Chicagoan, but I guess that they frown upon that here in Ohio.

I'll go vote on the actual day. It's important to be seen in my small town.

I'll be voting at 7 a.m. in New York on Tuesday. Too bad we don't get early voting like some states get!

My household in California will be voting absentee ballot, with proof of delivery purchased at post office (per Digby's suggestion) I will be taking off work on November 5th to recover.
