There are several supermodels who would kill, literally, for those eyelashes. Good thing her sister Ripley Chainsaw is there to protect Maddie while you're at work, 4lg.

My Gilda resembles your Maddie--only her crazy thing (fur-wise) is her whiskers. They are frequently crinkled as though she's been sleeping on them in weird positions. She's going to be 15 next month, and yet she still has a lot of energy, even if she can't jump up so high anymore. That's probably due as much to her tendency to fall off of things a lot as much as her age, though.

And judging from the tail shot you posted in the comments at Eschaton, w/a tail like that, this is where your cat is going.

Here's a picture taken when I brought her home after her kitty mastectomy for breast cancer when she was about 10. They were trying a different type of anesthetic because she reacts so poorly to the regular kind, so I was surprised by the shaved leg, but pretty impressed with the fur. The whisker thing in this shot could be written off to recently having an operation, but no, lots of days, they just look like that. She's my angel--and to think I used to not want a long-haired cat. :-)

Teresa, Maddie's whiskers are often crinkly too.

It is teh funny.

She has one that completely curls up- it makes her look like Snidely whiplash.

You're right abt that sneaking Feather Duster.

In the middle pic, the Duster looks like it's trying to transfer from one kitten to the other!

A dangerous situation to have in one's home.

I hope the Duster/Tail O'Doom is firmly on the side of the kittenz. Danger if it should go over to the side of the Alien Carrots!
