Way out here in CA, my morning paper tell me "Austin, Texas: The forecast is blunt and biblical: Heavy rain, heavy rain, heavy rain."

Today's temp in Baghdad should be lower than in Needles, CA! 113º to 118º!

Water wings for little kids would fit around your kids' torsos. With an extra one for Maddie's tail.
