Bad kitteh!!

Yes, you.

Waking UR centaur up all night long. Not good.

I finally got up at bloody 5 am this morning, because Maxxine would not stop bothering me! There must be a Maine Coon invasion of our planet they're preparing for...or it's just Spring.

Doesn't exactly look repentant, but then being a kitteh means never having to say you're sorry...

Kittehs have more energy than they know what to do with. Plus, they like that whole "sleep during the day" thing. This can be a problem.

My kitteh kept waking me up all night on Friday. She's a pastel tortie. Must be a whole cat-planet thing.

Ooh, that is a p-o-ed look, fitting for a kitteh who's being scolded... looks quite unrepentant.

It's also quite windy right now. Maybe that's what's got the kitties spazzing. Whenever I open all the windows and get a nice cross-breeze going, Maxxine "barks" into the wind.

You are SO busted, Maddie! You're probably the only girl that ever looked good in a mug shot though. LOL!

If your centaur is cranky, you can come do fizzicks or stalk the dust bunny hordes at our house.

War On War Off is right abt the wind.

We cats don't like strong winds because they bring such a confusing mixture of scents and odors. The scent of catnip is mixed with the stink of dangerous predators, all come and go swiftly.

Shall we roll in the 'nip, or hide under the bed?

And we PlushyCats™ don't like the wind ruffling our long hair. That's like having a stranger pawing us. Yuck!

Centaur, maybe you have sleep apnea and Maddie is just saving your life 20 times a night! Be grateful :-)

That pic of Maddie is PRICELESS!!! LOL!!!
And my (non-Maine Coon) GrisGris (usually my angel) would NOT leave a plastic bag alone on Sunday night. I thought I had a GREAT 8+/- ahead of me when I turned in... But it was not to be. The little geek just kept on pat-patting at the lightly, but annoyingly crinkly bag... I kept thinking, "I can ignore it...I can ignore it..." And then, I sat up it was then almost 2 a.m. (went to sleep just before 10 p.m. for once!) and grabbed the blasted bag. Threw it (and its contents, NOT GrisGris) into a box in the living room and flopped back to sleep - soundly for three effing hours...
I was crankeeeee. And GG couldn't figure out WHY!?
Peace,
Elspeth

When Entertainment Tonight does "The Maddie and Ripley Story," that mug shot will be the intro to the "When Good Cats Go Bad" portion. Hee hee hee!

"Unrepentant" is right. "Smugly plotting against you" is even more specific. Silly gurl.

(P.S. -- HarryCat has the Spring Sillies right now, too. There's the screeching marathon through the house, followed by constant snack and snuggling demands. Happens every spring; we just keep his claws trimmed and try to be amused by it.)
