Return of Cat Blogging
How delightful! Kevin Drum and his wife have acquired a new kitty from their local shelter to replace their late kitty Jasmine. She doesn't have a name yet, but Kevin is taking suggestions.
Hmmm, that first pic suggests "Pi", but the dot of white fur on her brow makes me think "Bindi". She is ever so elegant and seems very settled. Maybe even "Bacall". She looks so at home in that chair - like it was bought just for her! :) Her coat looks sort of darkly torti w/a splash of tuxedo and I just want to skritch her under her chin! :) Congrats to the Drum family! She will be a joy!
Elspeth, either great minds think alike, or small minds seldom differ. I instantly thought "Bindhi." Although you could be all South-Indian about it and name her "Pottu" instead.

whoops, that was me, Elspeth...
She looks so at home with the books, maybe she's a Marion the Librarian.

How 'bout Conan the Librarian? No? Rats!
Good Lord!
What an IMPERIAL looking cat!
No doubt she demands bottled spring water with her pate'!
And she probably gets it too, I'd give it to her.
