I've been trying to get this shot for a while. Still didn't quite get it. When she stretches, she arches her back and curls her tail over her back, almost touching her head.
I've never seen a cat do that before. It's quite silly.

About the tail thing: one of the characteristics of Maine Coon cats is that their tales can go flat against their backs like that. Maybe Maddie has some MC in her?
Um, their tails, not tales, though that may also be true.
