Now what is that crazy kitten up to?The kids are doing fine. Someone asked about introducing them so quickly, but for kittens that's not really an issue. I also knew that Maddie was not an aggressive cat, so I wasn't too worried about her hurting a smaller kitten. (And I was right.) I was a little concerned that Maddie might be jealous, but that doesn't seem to be a problem either.
Last night they began touching noses and they've been playing chase almost constantly. Ripley doesn't seem intimidated by Maddie's size a bit. She's something of a little bruiser. Before I left for work they were wrastling and I had to break it up. Silly kitties.

Yes, Maddie still jumps on my shoulder and still comes and demands to be picked up and huggled.
Ripley lets me pet her and is starting to come to me and cry to be picked up too. She hasn't really bonded with me yet so I'm trying to give her a lot of attention.
She has a really loud motor.
Is little Rip sleeping stretched out because of the staples in her gut? So far I haven't seen a photo of her curled up in a ball. Wish you could record her motor and put it up here.

Nope, she sleeps both ways. I just think she looks silly stretched out.
Don't know what the marking on her tummy is for- since it's a "girl" sign, I guess it's a signal to the vet that she's way being spayed. I imagine they kind of do surgery on the assembly line at the shelter. The staples come out tomorrow morning.
