Two kittens

A big one.

And a little one.

They're both napping after having some lunch and a vigorous game of chase. Ripley is getting more comfortable with Maddie- she doesn't growl at her at all, but still isn't quite ready to touch noses or snuggle up at naptime.

I'm sure they will be best buds soon. My two Siamese used to tend to each other's grooming needs -- ears, etc. and it cracked me up. They slept curled up together and loved to sleep in the laundry basket filled with sheets still warm from the dryer, which is why I never folded the sheets until after they had a chance to sleep in the nice warm nest.

EEEeeeeep - look at that little speckled tummy!

Maddie sleeps with one eye open (partly). To pick up her sister's next move?

Ripley sleeps securely blissed out.

The Four Legs Good/Twelve Legs Better household must have safe vibes for her.

She's a fearless little thing. She reminds me of Zachary, who was the same way as a kitten.

sandy-la, our old cat Lemmy used to sneak down the fire escape and get into our landlady's wash. She'd come home smelling like like a laundromat.

4LG, they both look serene and happy. Good work

it's wonderful they play together, that's not always so. in fact there are elaborate schemes suggested for slowly over WEEKS[!] introducing cats to each other.

lucky kitties!

good kitties.
