Mlle. Maddie, you look so thin and drawn in that pic (and Little Sis, too). I worry You are exhausted from your birdie watch duties.

The pleasure of The Chase, and noming on a fresh feathered snack isn't worth wearing yourself to cathair and bone.

Next time You KNow Who is gone for a while, I'll bring you a treat. California quail is superb this time of year.

I'm pretty sure I can get thru the wormhole with a small quail clenched in my mighty jaws.
