Georgie W. sounded something other than stupid. In audio clips on Airamericaradio, Georgie sounded distraught and somehow incoherent.
Even when he managed a grammatically adequate sentence, Georgie's phrasing and intonation sounded abnormal. Like someone speaking through great stress.
