Cherry Blossoms

Reuters/Kim Kyung-Hoon

The cherry blossoms are beginning to bloom in Japan. We don't have cherry trees here, though there is a lovely set of trees outside my window that are comletely covered in white blossoms. I'll take a snap for you guys tomorrow.

The cherry blossom guy from the National Park Service announced that DC's cherry blossoms should peak on April 5, in case anybody's coming for the cherry blossom festival.

I know I'll do my part by staying as far away from downtown during those two weeks as I possibly can.
